It supports first-time homebuilders, overseas Fijians, and families by showing a clear but flexible step-by-step journey from land readiness, documents, budgeting, design, approvals, construction, inspections, and final occupancy. Users can enter the journey at any stage, mark completed steps, add their own providers, and see what is missing or what comes next.

SanctoBase is a parish and archdiocese registry platform designed to help church communities manage member records, parish information, and administrative workflows in a more organized, secure, and modern way. The project focuses on replacing scattered paper records, spreadsheets, and manual processes with a centralized digital system that supports better record keeping, easier updates, clearer parish-level visibility, and more reliable administration. SanctoBase is being designed as a practical pilot MVP for church administration, with attention to privacy, role-based access, clean data management, and usability for non-technical users. The goal is not just to build software, but to create a dependable foundation that can support parishes, clergy, administrators, and archdiocesan leadership as they manage important community information. From a technical and portfolio perspective, SanctoBase demonstrates product thinking, requirements analysis, database design, full-stack planning, security-aware architecture, and the ability to turn a real-world administrative problem into a structured digital solution.
